The prices are per day and person incl. rich breakfast.

• Children between 0 and 3 years stay for free
• Children between 3 and 6 pay only 50%
• Children between 6 and 12 pay only 70%

Since 1 January 2014, the visitor’s tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. The tax amounts to 3.00 euros per guest per night and is levied by the accommodation facilities. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The tax is due at departure and is shown separately in the invoice.

We are sure you understand that:

• we only accept bookings of at least 3 nights
• a 10% surcharge applies for short stays of 3 or 4 nights
• we do not accept dogs
• smoking is prohibited in the house
• the use of the sauna costs 10,00 EURO per person and passage and includes one bath towel

All double rooms have shower, toilet, balcony and a safe. The single room is equipped with shower, toilet and safe (no balcony).

We serve a rich breakfast at the table with many products from our farm.

Cancellation:

Up to 2 months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. Within the last 2 months before arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the booking price.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready from 2 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room by 10 am.
